I hit something on the road while traveling from PA to NJ on business and was lucky to find a Firestone Location. I was warmly greeted by Rob who immediately pulled my car into the bay and determined my tire did pickup something. I explained to me the repair process and gave me a timeline of 1 hour. My tire was repaired and was on my way in an hour! Rob is professional, personable and a great Brand Ambassador for the Company!

Went to Firestone because of low pressure in my tire. Found out I had a nail that was not in a repairable spot. Robert was very nice and helpful and I was able to purchase new tires complete with hazard warranty. Very smooth process and I was in and out in an hour and a half.

Ryan is probably the best manager this company has ever had. It appears he is understaffed but still manages top rate customer service. Kudos to fill in Brandon from Tires Plus. A bright, professional representation of your company.

Great customer service inside. However, I mentioned I thought that my passenger rear tire had a leak, and asked if they’d check it during the oil change. Makes sense because it’s a well known tire store. They assured me they would and when I paid they said no leak. I’m driving from NJ to Seattle this week so it was important for me to have my tires checked before I make the 42 hour drive. Tell me why I got home and there’s absolutely a nail inside the tread? I’m also not sure why, but they don’t include a sticker indicating when the next oil change is… but every other oil change spot in the area does and other firestones. Anyways, just be aware that they probably aren’t actually doing a full check and probably doing the bare minimum here.

Batter randomly started smoking while I was near by, stopped in and they were able to quickly see me during a very busy holiday weekend, and get me on my way on. Front end staff were very friendly, personable and professional. They treated everyone with kindness, respect and explained all services in detailed. If I lived closer Id definitely be a repeat customer.
